Q: 請問我的商品甚麼時候可以收到?
When can I receive my products?
A: 為了讓美眉可以很快收到商品，我們配合的物流公司是價格比較高的Skynet, 因此收到匯款後約1~3個工作天即可收到。請確保送貨地址有人可簽收商品，否則商品無法以最快的速度送到美眉手裡。
To speed up the delivery time, we cooperate with Skynet to provide faster service to you. Hence, you will receive the product in 1~3 days after received your payment. Pls make sure there is somebody in the deliver address who can sign & receive the products, else you may miss the skynet parcel.
Q: 我的商品寄出了嗎?
Have you sent out my products?
A: 在每個工作天下午1500pm之前核對到的款項都會在當天出貨，超過則留待第二天出貨。美眉可以在登入會員後到我的帳戶去查詢帳單狀況。每一次帳單狀況如果有改變的話我們都會透過email通知各位以告知最新處理狀況。
We will deliver the products right at the same day if we receive you payment before 1500pm for every working day, other wise we will deliver on the next day. You can check the order status after you log in to the system. We will update the latest order status to you by email once we have any progress.
Q: 一定要先成為會員才可購物嗎?為甚麼?
Why must I become the member to shop at your website?
A: 是的。因為有3大好處:
Yes, there are 3 benefits:
1.會員的基本資料在每次購物時都會由系統自動帶出而省去每次購物都要填寫基本資料的麻煩
You do not need to fill up your personal information every time you purchase because the system will bring out your data.
2.會員每次購物都可累計紅利點數，下次購物滿RM40以上即可直接折抵現金
Member can get points for every purchasing. You can use these points to get discount for next purchase if you reach RM40 and above.
3.每當有新品上架或是優惠活動時可透過系統發mail告訴美眉
You can receive the new arrivals or promotion information by email through the system.
Q: 紅利點數有甚麼用處?
What is the point for?
A: 紅利點數可以在下次購物時用來折抵現金，RM10=1 point，1point可折抵RM1，每次購物即可折抵的紅利點數是購物金額的30%。例如：美眉的帳戶裡已經有紅利點數50點，這次的購物金額是RM100，那RM100的30%即是30points，因此付款金額只是區區RM70。在交易完成後美眉的累計紅利點數是50-30(使用折抵現金)+10(此次購物獲得點數)=30。
Points is used to get discount when you purchase at our website, RM10=1 point，1point can get RM1 discount，you can get 30% discount by using points of your purchase amount. For example: You have 50 points in your account, your purchase amount for this time is RM100, 30% of RM100 is 30 points. Hence, you just need to pay RM70. When you complete your order, your points now is 50-30(discount)+10(points for this order)=30
Q: 啊…..下錯訂單了怎辦?
Oh…I placed the wrong order, what can I do?
A: 購買前須知的條例都說得清楚，購買前一定要先再三確認商品款式、顏色、尺寸，下訂後訂單成立後便無法更改，以免造成作業上的不便。因此，美眉購買前多多利用問與答詢問，我們一定儘快為美眉解答。
We have reminded you to read through the Must Know rules before you place any orders. Pls make sure and confirm the style, size and color of the products because the order can not be change after you buy. Hence, pls make good use of Q&A to voice out your questions before you buy. We will serve your questions as soon as possible.
Q: 怎麼不回答我的問題?
Why you do not answer my question?
A: 所有問題都會在24小時內回答，也包括回覆email。如果24小時內都沒有收到回覆，那可能是漏信了，請再發一次email，或者透過msn/skype於我們聯絡。
所有議價問題一率不回答並且直接刪除，謝絕沒有誠意/胡亂發問的人仕。
We will serve your questions in 24hrs, including reply email. If you do not receive feedback in 24hrs, pls resend the email again, or contact with us by msn/skype. All bargaining and making trouble questions will not be answered but canceled.

Q: 所有的商品都是全新的嗎?
All the products are new?
A: 當然是啊!! 所有的商品都是館主辛辛苦苦從台灣扛回馬來西亞的，而且每一件都是館主自己挑選的，絕對不會有劣質商品讓美眉選購。而且，毎一件商品的數量都是只有一、兩件，絕對大大降低撞杉的機會!!
Of course! We select and bring all the products from Taiwan to Malaysia by ourselves. Hence, low quality products will not sell in our website. Furthermore, we only have 1 or 2 pieces for most of the products sell in our website. The pattern and style are limited!! You do not need to worry you wear the same costumes with other people when you attend party or dinner.
Q: 可以再算便宜一點嗎?
Can I get it by cheaper price?
我們不接受議價哦! 這樣對毎位美眉才公平，而且我們也不時推出一些優惠活動，請美眉多來逛逛。
A: We do not accept bargaining to be fair to every customer. Instead of it, you may always come to visit our website since we will always have promotion activities.
Q: 為甚麼商品降價了? 那我之前不是買貴了?
Why the product now is cheaper? So I bought it at high price and more expensive?
A: 就像是百貨公司的大減價啦! 我們會針對不同的商品推出優惠活動，早買的美眉不用難過，因為已搶先穿了新衣哦!!
It is just like supermarket sales!! We will have promotion activities for different products. You bought it earlier that means you can have the new arrivals earlier than other people.
