退換貨需知

瑕疵定義：商品破損、大片髒污、綴飾脫落、嚴重影響商品穿著外
Defective goods : broken products, big stains, accessories fall out from apparel(cannot be sewn back manually), buttons fall out from jeans, malfunctioned zippers, etc.

瑕疵品Defective goods	非瑕疵品Non defective products
1. 商品明顯破損破洞(非人為故意破壞） Broken products (not caused by manually damaged)	1. 輕微的脫線或勾針、線頭外露、小毛球Slightly fall out lines
2. 明顯染色或污漬,而且是洗不掉 Apparent coloring or stain and can not be removed.	2. 0.2cm以下的污點(釦子周圍有汙點，那是因為鈕釦以機器縫製，所以作的記號喔) Stains below 0.2 cm(stains around is the sewing sign)
3. 商品尺寸或顏色送錯 Incorrect product size or color	3. 牛仔布料（刷色不均、刷色與照片略有不同）Jeans material (uneven colour, color discrepancy between the photo and physical goods)
	4. 個人觀感問題(質感、材質不好，手感、厚薄度等，與想像中不同) Personal feeling ( quality, rough material, feel, thickness, etc, different from the imagination )
	5. 人為破壞造成瑕疵 Manually caused damages
	6. 尺寸不合、顏色不同/色差 Unfitted size Color discrepancy caused by monitor
	7. 下水之後商品產生問題洗後（脫落、褪色、縮水等問題）After washing ( with fall out parts, discoloration, shrinkage problem)
	8. 鈕釦洞或口袋洞沒開是為了確保是新品以及保護內裡在運送過程中不破損，買家只要用小刀輕輕割開就可以了唷!! Unopened button hole or pocket is to ensure the shipped out goods are new and prevent any damages during the shipment; they can be opened easily with a knife.

Step 1: 收到商品后3天內通知我們關於退貨詳情，並且附上瑕疵照片(若是瑕疵品)，接著等待我們回信確認。請勿在未連絡前就擅自把商品寄回，我們一概不受理。
Inform us about return matter in 3days after received the product and attach with defective product's picture(if defective). We will contact with you ASAP to confirm your return. Pls do not return the product before receive our confirmation, else we will not response to you.

Step 2: 我們會跟您確認以後寄出’’退貨確認單”到您的email，裡面將會有退貨地址等相關資料
We will confirm with you by sending "Return Confirmation" to your email, attach with related information such as address etc.

Step 3: 收到email後的7天內(以寄出日期算起)連同’’退貨確認單”一起寄回商品(商品需保留原始包裝、吊牌等等)，超過就不受理
You should delivered the products together with ’’退貨確認單” to us in 7days after you received "Return Confirmation"(from the day you deliverd). The product must be in original packaging with complete price tag etc.
